Portland has a lot to offer - within a rainy spring 8c temperature it was hard to locate. We found a great deal of homelessness in town made it sense considerably less Secure than other spots we traveled. A few of the dive bars are entertaining, a great deal of area of interest coffee places...but Actually I might steer clear of the area we stayed
